Bank Of Baroda — clearing of cheque in saving account

These is to state that i have deposited a cheque of rs 12190/_ in my saving account...[protected]... On dated 9/10/2017... And it's 12 today... Still ur bank representative says it will take another 4 days for clearing a cheque... What the hell services r u giving.. And there's no proper communication on phone... So how much time does a local cheque takes for clearing... Please do reply...
