I have 2 cheques on 2/12/2013 in vile parle east, mumbai branch. It has been 15 days they have not been cleared, when i contacted the branch they said the clearing happens in their central clearing hub in lokhandwala and the delay is due to some technical issue in the cheque deopsite kiosks. No definate time line has been given to me as to when they clear my cheques. The person who issued the cheque informs me that the money has debited from her account but not yet credited to mine, i have written a mail to the branch as well, i call daily to them. But no use.
