Bank Of Baroda — clearing of lien amount

Sir i am having account in bank of baroda [protected] ifsc barb0bhamuz
Without any reason they sent my 7500rs to lien balance... When i called to customer care they said go to home branch and clear the amount... And when i went there they there is no lien balance showing here... So sir please resolve my pry... And kindly clear my lien amount... Thank aadarsh kumar singh
