Bank Of Baroda — Closing account

Sir my name is manoj sachdev i want to close my account but i am not able to go in my branch because in my legs there are rods by falut a major accident so i send my son mayank sachdev to close my account but bank officer says that u have to come with your father for closing aacount sir how can i go there i am not able to walk no conditon plz help me sir to sort out this complaint
