Compliant against poor services of BOB, Branch, Heera Path Mansarovar, Jaipur (Rajasthan)
I am a one account holder of Bank of Baroda, Heera Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur Rajasthan and my account is SB A/c No. [protected]. My grievance is as under-
1. I produce one cheque on 29.4.2017 in your BOB, Heera Path Mansarovar, Jaipur.
2. I inadvertently wrote the date on the cheque is 29.4.2016 instead of 29.4.2017.
3. After lapse of six days, no response is received from the Bank side regarding the above cheque. if I wrote wrong date mention on the cheque. After 2 days ago I contacted the above Branch official Shri Meena and inquired the aforesaid cheque. But concerned person said that cheque is not returned back. Today i.e. 5.5.17, again I have inquired the same to the same person. He said that cheque is not returned. After that I approached to the Branch Manager. Branch Manager told him after 20 minutes Branch Manager 'Telephoned' cheque had been received.
4. I told to BM when I wrote my telephone number on the back side on the cheque, why are you called me. He has not given a reply satisfactory.
5. It appears that concerned branch has not been done their duty properly and I am not satisfied the services of the Bank.
Please inquired this matter and inform me as soon as possible
