Bank Of Baroda — complain about refund made by amazing to my account of bank of baroda

Sir, a refund of 265 has been made by amazon on 10 october 2019.
But i didn't get any refund by my bank and
When i call to bank of baroda customer care and tell about that refund that made by amazon but they didn't give any information about that. And i also tell them about refund refrence no # 0r9x0lo90000k0ocpava.
But they didn't have any information about that. So i kindly request you to solve the problem.

I'm using amazon pay upi 29 september 2019 recharge dth 200 rupees but recharge is unsuccessful and 200 rupees debited in my bank of baroda account.
Amazon refund 30 september 2019 but 200 rupees not credited in my bank of baroda account. Reference id is[protected]
