I already sent a complain for 5 days earlier, complain against when i scratched Debit card from ICICI Bank ATM on 17th December 2016 for 2500 Rs., But i didn't got money, and my problem had been solved after 7 days but i can't got any solution. please let me solve ASPS. do needful

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that In vadodara i found NO ATM is WORKING since 9th Nov 2016. Still we are facing the issue with Bank & ATM access.

Kindly take nessesary action against it...
