Bank Of Baroda — complaining about money transfer

I have transferred money from my bob account to paytm.
Got a msg that money is deducted but the money is not added to paytm.
My paytm balance is not increased.
And paytm has not a given a msg about adding money..
So plzz give me money back or
Add that money to my paytm balance.
Solve this issue asap, because this is que about my money my own money.
