Dear sir/madam,
With respect to subject matter, due to some urgent/emergency matter i would like to withdrawn my online-rd.
As directed by your customer care representative, yesterday morning dated[protected] i was gave a application on a/c statement/summery for premature closing of my below mentioned online-rd-

Only a/c no. [protected] was closed by yesterday evening only, but a/c no. [protected] is still pending with you.
So, yesterday evening on dated[protected] i called on telephone to mr. Khapekar of bank of baroda, mahal branch, nagpur, he told me that there is some technical problem regarding premature closing of a/c no. [protected]. Last debit of rs. 3000.00 on dated[protected] was not shown by their system; however the same debit was shown in my internet banking and also in my pass book, which was printed yesterday morning on dated[protected] from the same branch. So, i am asked him, how it is possible? But he was not satisfied me and told me that to resolve this problem takes next 3-4 days or more (God knows) and put down the telephone.
Firstly i was called your customer care no.[protected] and talking with your representative miss indu priyanka, but she unable to solve my problem. She instructed me to contact respective branch for giving application along with a/c statement which was already submitted and contacting the branch. Hence requested her to transfer my call to her superior, then she connect with her supervisor mr. Akram basha. After that mr. Akram basha without knowing the matter, also said that he was unable to solve my problem and talking roughly, so again i am requested him to transfer my call to his manger. While talking with their manger miss swagtika i feel that she was ignored me and not answered properly, talking roughly and said that they are unable to solve my problem from their end.
So, i called on telephone to mr. Borkar-manager of bank of baroda, mahal branch, nagpur and told him the above mentioned details but he was also replied the same that there is some technical problem regarding premature closing of a/c no. [protected] and told me that to do whatever you want to do with bank of baroda by complaint. Hence this is my complaint regarding the same.
So i asked him now what to do? Due to some urgent/emergency matter i would like to withdrawn my online-rd. But he was not given me proper suggestion and laughing without knowing seriousness of my matter.
Therefore i am requesting to you, please resolve my problem as early as possible and take necessary action against above mentioned personnel who was not supporting your me (A/c opening date[protected] and simultaneously other valuable customers which is very shameful.
