I'm really very sad with the kind of services I receive from Bank of Baroda. Since its a Govt bank hopes are really very low...
Its my suggestion either hire good educated people in your contact center or close down your customer care set-up. They are super Rude people who cant help you and on top of that they definitely create more problem. I called to block my card since i lost it and people were busy in transferring the call without even listnening to m properly. Firstly I called saying I don't have my card number and account number and if you can help me in getting the card number so that I can get this block... the lady on the other side was sooo rude I cant even explain it to you. Fine if bank of Baroda does not have proper system to check this facility (though private bank does have), even then there is a way of talking to someone. Finally when I was back home I searched and got the account and called you call center again and the person with whom I spoke then simply took my account number said card is blocked and disconnected the call... and the way he said that I wasn't convinced whether the card was blocked or not... I had to call again and again to check if get the card blocked, to cross check whether its been done properly or not, to confirm if any fraud activity is done or not.
The only good thing is that I don't have much funds in your account and the calls are recorded on my cell phone.
I don't know if you can do anything about this bad customer experience or you even want to do anything about it.
