Its a matter of 2nd january 2019, when i had made an online payment, at that moment the money rs. 1384 got decucted from my account but not credited to receiver's account as statement given by them.. They told me to go to my bank that is bank of baroda, and register a complain, and after that i will get my money back.. So i did so.. I went to bank, there i was told to call on toll free number of customer care service of bank of baroda.. They assure me that i will surely get my money back after verification and after asking some relevant question.. So i did the same and i was asked some questions regarding my acoount information.. And their again i was told to register my compain on bank of baroda id, so am doing this.. Even i am attaching a screenshot of the transaction made by me on (2nd jan, 2019) as proof..
I hope, my problem will be solved out soon.. Because as a customer, rs 1384 is a big amount for me, so, i cant let my money waste for no reason.
