Bank Of Baroda — complaint regarding money refunding

I booked a ticket in railways on 14 th march. The transaction was failed and i got a message from railway department that they have credited the money back to the bank. But my account is not credited with the amount. The amount is rs.380. I have attached the details and message that i got from indian railway department. Please take necessary action.
