Bank Of Baroda — Could not done payment to paytm from debit card

Address: Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302018

I have to purchase a product from paytm and i completed whole procedure of payment many times but my transaction is failed. And i have no other option to pay them.
Plz solve my problem first and give me revert of my mail.
My account is in bank of baroda durgapura branch jaipur
I went there also they told me my card is ok there were some error call to customer care. I called them manier time but there lines are busy.
