I am rajkamal and using your bank credit card for past two months.
Last month my bill due date was on 20th april 2020 and due amount was 40510. I have made payment using cred app on 20th april rs 40510 successfully but the amount has been refunded to my account on 23rd april.
Once i received amount to my account again i made payment on 23rd for the same amount using the same cred app but still while i checked on your website but the payment not reflected in my card account.
I have wrote a mail on 29th april to cred team and they refund the amount to my account on 30th april again i have made payment through your website it has been reflected in my card account.
I have just seen my card statement mentioned has that you have activated moratorium to me without my request how can you activate moratorium to me and the same amount has been charged to my account.
