Bank Of Baroda — debit card blocked and no action taken till date

My debit card has been blocked, in spite repeated calls to the bank customer care, no action has been taken. I will take this to the higher authorities if i don't receive any response within 48 hours. Its been a year and my account is blocked and i had no clue about it.
