Dear Sir Apply new Debitcard dispatched then received by bank due to my address change on 6 may by Postman through speedpost, i'm regular contact with Brach but they say not received, bank lost card then again apply through bank on 1jun after check bank not apply then apply BOB Care on 6jun pls refund my bal abt card not getting and Acton agnst bnk

Employees doesn't know how to deal with customer and communicate like a dealing with the animal and when someone ask about any queries they show an aggressive attitude and they told the customer don't teach my work to me, the don't give any respect to female and senior citizens just act like animal behaviour
