I am an old customer with bob and i am very disappointed and insecure with the kind of service given.
Without my request or any intimation, a debit card was dispatched to my old address. Luckily, the owner contacted me and informed me that he received my debit card and he discarded it as he was not sure who it belonged to until he spoke to the landlord and realized i use to live there.
I don't understand even after getting my registered address changed, how come it was dispatched to that address.
Soon after this incident i called customer care and reported this incident but i was asked to get in touch with the home branch as they couldn't do anything about this. When i visited the branch and informed this to them, they started arguing with me that this is not possible. Finally, they asked me to fill up a form to request a new debit card. I did the same but it is been almost 2 months and i haven't got my debit card yet.
Now, i have a few questions that needs to be answered:
1. How come a debit card was dispatched to an old address?
2. Why the person delivering the debit card handed it over to someone without confirming that person's identity?
3. Why was my address not updated with your so-called debit card department as branch confirmed that my address has been changed with the branch?
4. Why even after requesting again it has not been delivered yet?
I don't know if someone will answer these questions or read this entire story but i want to let you know that i am very insecure to deal with bob. I am going to take it on social media to make everyone aware of kind of pathetic service bob offers.
