I used my bob debit card to take rs.10000 from bob bank atm on 28/10/2016 at 13:05:26. But i got the receipt showing transaction unable to process. But rs 10000 is debited to my account as per mobile message received at that time. Immediately i contacted the branch manager bank of baroda shri dungargarh where i have this account. He replied the amount will be reverted in 24 hours. But after waiting for 1 days again i gave a written compliant to the branch manager to settle the issue. But till today i have not received any information from the bank. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest. The details of account is as follows:
