Bank Of Baroda — Deduct amount

I done a recharge 402.00 rs.threw debit card via my jio app on dated 7-4-17 evening 5.35 pm. Recharge not done but amount deduct from my bank ac.my ac. At rohtak branch.saving ac. Please solve my problem. My ac.no.[protected].bank of baroda.rohtak .Haryana. now i done recharge from retailor please transfer my deduct amount in my ac. I complaint many time jio care . Bank of baroda toll free no. No.not pick the phone .
