I am having saving account in your bank a/c no. [protected]. On 18th aug 2017 at about 8.45 pm i received two messages regarding deduction of rs. 7100/- each from my saving account. Total rs. 14200/- were deducted from my account. Next day i enquired from your office about the deduction, after checking my account details i was informed that the amount was deducted due to some software problem and the same shall be credited in your account in 2-3 days. But till date the amount is not credited in my account.

I am not able to do any type of online payments through my debit card
For example : If I want to add money in Paytm then It shows that my debit card is blocked.
I am facing this problem since last 4 months please help me out.
