Bank Of Baroda — deduction of money while transferring amount

Address: Tilak nagar chembur branch mumbai- 400089, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400089

Whenever i am transferring amount from my account to other bank account, they deducting amount as GST. May i know why deduction of amount, its my money i am tranferring to other.
Please try to solve it otherwise i need to close account, i opened bcoz of BOB has good online services thats why, but unnecessary deduction may lead to account closing. Hope i will get resolve my issues.

I was cancelled my bus tickets in paytm. I was paid the amount by my BOB bank. When will the amount will be refunded...
