Bank Of Baroda — Deduction of rs. 330/- + rs. 12/- towards pmjjby pmsby without my consent

Sir,

I am a prime s/b a/c holder of bank of baroda having s/b a/c no.[protected] with university br (Ahmedabad). Oflate it is observed that bank has been deducting rs. 330/- and rs. 12/- from my s/b a/c under reference without my consent & knowledge.

Despite repeated requests to br. Head no fruitful result is coming. Request to kindly arrange to takeup the matter with bob uni. Br. Ahmedabad for providing me the original copies duly signed authorizing bank for deducting the amounts right from 22/9/15 to 5/2017.
