Bank Of Baroda — Deduction of Rs 8000 through IMPS on[protected].

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please find herewith attached account statement in which two deductions of Rs 8000 are mentioned from my a/c [protected] on[protected] through IMPS but there should be only one transaction which had been done by me. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and refund my deducted amount of Rs 8000.
I have been trying customer care no of Bank of Baroda since last 15 days but always it was said by automatic caller that it is busy & call them later that's why I am unable to contact BOB customer care.
