Bank Of Baroda — Deficiency of service

After migration to bank of baroda, i do not receive sms alerts migration to bank of baroda from vijaya bank was completed on 12.09.2020. I have made a total 7 trips to the bank. But, my work is still unfinished.

I had registered for sms alerts-both credits and debits - for my sb account with vijaya bave alerts.
I had sent a mail to the bank today but they have not responded nor have they confirmed through sms.in fact i find the service has deteriorated after merger.

I have not received ny cheque book yet.

Rupay card which was supposed to be instant as per pm's jan dhan yojana and followed by vijaya bank is being sent by post after migration to bob.
Inordinate delay in service.
