Bank Of Baroda — delay & carelessness in credit card

I have applied for credit card which is approved and dispatched normally but due to some modification in address, it was returned back to h. O. But it tooks 1 month for updation (Beside they told it will took only 5-6 days). Now after 1 month when it re-dispatched again they made name error due to which courier company refused to deliver to me.

Now again they will take more 1 month to re-dispatch.
I recomend never apply credit card with bank of baroda. Worst service everseen.

Even after 2 months i did not received the card still uncertain to receive only due to irresposible job by personnel.

Further planning to go to court as i have to suffer mental harrashment from last 2 months.
