Bank Of Baroda — delay in processing, updating the customer and in releasing payment even after approval from bank department itself.

We contacted the branch for some payment regards with our swipe machine where due to confusing preceding zeros amount needed to be updated. For which bank took 10 days for 1st update telling they can only do some thing in 24 hours (Our mail was with in 24 hours). After that it has been more then 40-45 days we gave all documents asked from us, the concerned department cleared the payment and send it to releasing department. This was done even before a month but still we are waiting for payment release and update for the same.
