Bank Of Baroda — delay in returning money

My name is deepak kumar and i am bank of baroda branch haripur kadipur sultanpur i am an account holder. My account number is [protected] i wanted to extract ₹ 3000 from the indian number one atm on 06/11/2018 but i did not receive the cash and from my account. 3000 was cut after that i had complained it three times in my branch and even after so many days i have not even found my balance i also talk to customer care. But so far nothing has happened, you are kindly requested to help me get my money back
