Bank Of Baroda — Delayed and hectic response for home loan related queries/procedure. | |||
I have taken home loan from bank of baroda (Vasai east branch) in july 2016. It took more than six months with stressful follow ups and conflicts for getting all paper work completed. Bank has following inadequate facilities 1. Online provisional certificate. 2. E-mail facility to direct contact with client. 3. Courier facility to send password like documents at residence. 4. Lady officer with whom i am dealing is sluggish (I. E pro-activeness is lagging which makes procedure to get delayed) Suggestion-in case of transfers please depute person with high level of integrity and agility to take care of customers.
