Bank Of Baroda — did not get payment

I am khushal prajapati from bhayander east branch i did not get my payment from amazon that is given on 12 august 2017, of rupees 599, amazon give me a reference number :[protected], i would like to suggest you to clear my payment of rupees 599 and it will long time that my payment i have not receive its about 22 days that i did not get my payment

I m doing transtaction through Neft by Bob to icici bank but its not succesfull till now date.
pls refer attached statement ( i have issue on last date transaction Dt.[protected]
so pls anticipated in it.

Presently i standing since 10:00am for cash deposit to my account but till the cashiest not came for deposit tje cash.
