I made a payment on 17 the Nov to ajio from your (BOB)Debit card when I received the product I didn't like it so I returned it . On 4 Dec I got a notification that your refund has been initiated it Will reflect in your bank account with in 5-10 business days . Today it's more than 15 days . I sent a email to them too so they said refund has been initiated from our side please contact your bank . They provided refund reference number : [protected] . Now please check and tell me my refund status please I want my money back.
