Bank Of Baroda — educational loan

Dear sir, i my self kishor balasaheb dhaktode i have taken educational loan in the year 2015-16 and my yearly income is less than 1 lakh i want to apply for education loan subsidy.
But when i reached at bank of they refused my request.
Please consider me positively and i am very much needful of that.
