Bank Of Baroda — Exces payment deducted.

Sir, I have my atm card swip in soap on Rs.1700/ on 03-12-16. two times deducted from my account on same amount. on that date i had complaint to customer care, which complaint no is[protected]. but till date I have not get any refund of rs 1700/,
Please resolve this matter and refund my payment.
