Dear sir
Below two txn ids[protected] and[protected] executed on 17th october'2018 from customer account [protected] through aeps mode. Both the transactions are failed transactions but amount debited from the account. Txn id[protected] is of amount rs.5000 and txn id[protected] is of amount rs.1000. Both the amounts are not yet credited to the account. Please look into the issue. I need the amounts on urgent basis.
