Bank Of Baroda — Failed Withdrawal

On 6th October I made a transaction withdrawal request of RS 6500 in BOB ATM which is located in jayanagar, Bangalore.

Actually the transaction request was failed & also machine didn't dispensed the cash.

So I tried again with same amount of Rs 6500. This time I was succeeded. I got the cash.

Two times the amount has been debited from my account.
the thing is the amount of 6500 was debited for the failed transaction also.

I registered a complaint on this & hope it will be resolved.
