Dear sir,
My father late jaggannat ashutosh ghosh passed away due to heart attack on dated 24.02.2019, there has been more than 4 months has been passed but the family pension does not starts to my mother sandhya ghosh. Our bank, bank of baroda inform us that due to non availability of the bank ppo copy they are unable to start the family pension. We have submitted our ppo copy but they have still not start the pension.

I request you to kindly do the needful so that my mother mrs. Sandhya ghosh can receive the family pension. I am attaching all necessary documents for your assistance.
