Respected sir,
I had done a transaction of rs 1099 for a product of amazon shopping application on 23rd june 2019. The transaction failed on amazon. But the money was deducted from my account through my upi baroda account. I was told to wait for 3 working days by amazon for a refund. But when i called them today. They told that the transaction wasn't completed on their end, so i have to contact bank of baroda for further enquiry. I have received an email from bob that the transaction was completed but amazon wants a confirmation from rbi consumer forum for the same.
So attached is the screenshot of the transaction of 23rd june. Please do the needful. Thanking you. Also attached is a copy of amazon upi slip and bob email reply.
