Bank Of Baroda — fd account is not proper

Dear/sir/madam
I have opened fd account from my saving account, my saving account is debited 115000. But fd account sms till not get me, than i have toll free
N.[protected]. But they are not satisfied me and refused me saying your fd account number is 13th digit should be 14th digit. My fd account number is[protected]. So feel very much about this matter.
Please solve this matter
