WE HAVE CURRENT ACCOUNT IN BANK OF BARODA, 1826, BHAIRAVNATH BRANCH. Ahmedabad.

WE SUBMITTED TWO CHEQUES IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT ON[protected]. (i.e. Rs.282878.00 & Rs.13752.00)

AGAINST WHICH WE ISSUED (Rs 279250.00).CHEQUE NUMBER 000026 TO ANJNEY TUBES INDIA, ON 15TH SEPT'2016, which appeared on 16th September'16.
NOW I WAS INFORMED YESTERDAY[protected] THAT, OUR ISSUED CHEQUE IS RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT BALANCE.

AS WELL AS CHEQUE SUBMITTED IN OUR ACC. IS CREDITED ON THE SAME DAY which was submitted on[protected].
So how could be it possible that cheque issued the next day is return due to insufficient balance but cheque submitted before 2 days is not cleared.
It is clear that our cheque is not cleared because late clearing from bank.
Why we should suffer due to your late clearance of cheque.
bank has given the reason is insufficient balance which is because bank has late on clearing cheque. Why should we suffer for bank fault. We want certificate from bank that because of late clearance our cheque is return instead of insufficient balance. The bank could hold the drown cheque for one day or submit it on the next day.
Bank did not intimate us for late clearance of cheque.
We want strong and immediate action for our complaint and want proper certificate for the same.

Two-wheeler Account ([protected]) and
housing loan account ([protected]) with Bank Of Baroda.
You can see that as a account holder we are very regular.
Bank Of Baroda branch must give us certificate that our cheque is not returned due sufficient balance.
