Updated by Brijkishor Sharma I had withdrawn an amount of Rs. 15, 000/- on 29 March, 2017 from your bank ATM no. 3BMNRJJP19 Mahesh Nagar, 80 Feet Road, Tonk Phatak, Jaipur
But the amount was not dispensed by the machine and no slip was printed for the same. The amount of same was debited (RS. 15, 000/-) from my account at the same time.
I had complaint on the CUSTOMER CARE for the same immediately on 29 March, 2017.

I was contact again on Customer Care for the same twice in the month of April, 2017 but my money was not refunded. The Customer Care Executive replied me that your complain will be solved in 72 Hours or you may contact to your Branch. That was done twice.
I want the video footage of cash received by my or not. I want to see the video of cash dispensing at the time of my transaction. the atm has 3 cameras. Please do the needful asap as I am facing problem
I had contact my branch repeatedly at Nehru Palace, Jaipur for the same, it’s about 02 Month had gone after this but still my grievance is not solved. I have send an Email to the ECM, Jaipur as well and several communication was made by madam but no solution was there for the same.
