Sir i lossed my money due to fraud transaction by atm. This transaction done by atm on 28/11/2019 at 10.15 am. There are three transc. Done of 4569 rs. I intimated this fraud to bank also and i closed my atm also on 30/11/2019. There is no massage came from bank. When transaction done at that time i was at goregaon west. Mumbai. I put complaint to bank also on 30/11/2019 my complaint ref no is 2173920/2173928/2173941. Also i put fir complaint to police station and file complaint in cms rbi also, but still there is no reply. So please you do needfull as soon as possible. Your bank manager also not giving proper response i meet him many time but he is telling me that we can not do anything. So if your responsible person is behave like this then i will file complaint against your bank and bank manager (Mra road branch kanakiya park ifsc code is barb0mirbha) i want my money asap this is my first and last mail to your bank after this next mail i will send to ombudsman. Tell me how much days you want for verification.
