I m holding saving account with bob since last 15 years, and it has been now every time that i have to face problem or waste my time by following these useless people working in bob.
Coming to my problem, since last few days whenever i login to net banking my account summary says there is a lien balance of rs 295 out of my balance account, since i dont have enough knowledge on this lien balance i called to customer care no. [protected] and i spoke to a executive mr karan (
On call this executive was rude, no knowledge at all about the banking service).
When i enquired about this lien balance, his answer was please contact your bank to know about this, if this is answer you people give then we will call to you (Customer care). I believe every employee in bob has gone through same set of policies, rules & regulations as per rbi.
Now my main concern is about lien balance which bank has hold without any intimation or clarification. Either release the funds under lien balance or provide proper explanation.
Bank of baroda is worst bank of our nation, feel ashamed to be customer of this bank. Was this information helpful? |
