The reason for hold was not intimated properly and when we called [protected] (caller tune makes you feel that you have dialed a wrong number), informed that they have received a letter from bank who made the credit twice the amount 150K. Besides the business party have to pay the outstanding of 800K.
Our credibility with our suppliers were affected and the charges for cheque returning should not be debited on our account. For others mistake we cant pay and to be settled in a day or two.
