Your officer can't talk in Gujarati in rural area of Gujarat so because of this tha people of village can't understand language they are speak. And talk with arrogance, attitude, and most irrespective ... please teach them how to deal with customer..because they treat the people is vary disgusting.please learn from axis bank they treat us like god not bagger.
