Bank Of Baroda — I am complaining about amazon product refund

Address: Birhana Road, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, 208001

Refund of rs. 1899/- has been made by amazon on 09th of october 2019 regarding a product
"the reference number of the refund is ref[protected]
But, the refund has not ber eceived yet.
Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

I'm trying to withdrawal my bank of Baroda RUPAYE ATM card. But transaction is successful, 8000 Debited my account no. [protected] on[protected]:02:16
But cash is not receive in ATM.

On 2 October 2019 Amazon shopping site initiated a refund with refund reference number[protected]
Due to technical issues the amount has gone on hold
Kindly refund the amount

Maine Amazon se jio ka recharge kiya tha..so i can payed upi thru payment. But recharge is not successful.my refund is 153 rupess. Please give my refund. 153 Rupess.
