Bank Of Baroda — I am complaining about my checkbook

Recently i have opened my account in mvp branch. During opening account bank authorities promised me of providing an check book and atm card. I didn't receive my check book till now. I went to the branch and enquire about my check book. There are telling that i didn't apply for the check book. These is not first time i am facing these issue with these bank.

I have cancelled a order of 9999 rupees from amazon.. Amazon has initiated refund with refund reference number[protected] of 9999 but is not reflected in my account.. Amazon order id no is..[protected].. My account number is [protected] and have made the payment with debit card
