Bank Of Baroda — I am complaining about not received my refund from amazon

Sir, i am not receive my refund from amazon. I ordered headphone at 30/09/2019 and paid 575 rupees by amazon pay and after some hours i cancelled it and then the send me refund but i did not received. Then i called to the amazon costumer care. They said that they paid me but your bank not provide you money. They also send me refund reference no.[protected]. Please send my money in my account [protected] ifsc code barb0bhurku.
