In bhayander branch their staffs dont know how to talk with their customer very irrespecive behaviour there 1 guy in beard insulting customer in front of their face but people will not responding thats why i think, he think about him as a owner of bob. I really had a bad experience in my life ever with this bank. I am closing my account from that bank and seriously spreading this news to public and overall all services is bad passbook machine is not working many time some software not working, i think govt. Bank is good then this about service matter really worst bank ever i experience in my life...
