Bank Of Baroda — I cannot use my debit card and cannot do any transactions from past one month

This is regarding bank of baroda as they have not resolved my issue from past one month, im suffering from this issue whenever i use my debit card it shows remove card, card is blocked or last transaction cancelled, and i inquired in BKC branch but no one responded i cannot do my online transactions now its pathetic no one is helping me out
