I bought a mobile on 17 october 2018, then i cancelled the mobile but i didn't get my money back. When i called to amazone customer service they told me your money will be send back till 31 october. When i checked my bank balance i didn't get any money. When i called to bank customer service they told me that's there was no any refund credited on your account by amazone. Then i filled a dispute charge form but i didn't get any result. (Id no.[protected]
I complained to national consumer helpline for the solution. Complaint number -1020505.
