Bank Of Baroda — I don't get an amount which is already being credited

i was supposed to get a refund from amazon but i haven't got even when many days past away and the refund reference no is[protected]
it has been credited on Thursday 30 May 2019 1:33 PM (IST) by the sender and i have checked many times from them and they say that they have already credited it but i haven't got my amount yet.
